When Heather came on as Food Safety Coordinator, she was handed 4-5 binders that had been accumulated and was tasked with making sense of it all. Around that time, Timeless decided that we needed to be SQF-certified (a rigorous farm-to-fork food safety certification). She took the bull by the horns and made it happen.
As driven as she is, she also values the family atmosphere of the office and is an active participant in making sure that everyone gets celebrated when birthdays and special events roll around.
What you may not know is that Heather moved around quite a bit while her husband was in the Airforce. They finally landed in Montana where they ranch with their boys AFTER a full day of work. Her busy lifestyle of working, ranching, and carting around 2 teenage boys to sports has made her Instapot her best friend. Lentil Tacos and Mac and Cheese (with hidden lentils) are a couple her favorite go to recipes. When life slows down a little, Heather makes time for the lost art of quilting. She’s taught several sewing and quilting classes in her life. These quilts come in handy for long and cold winters in Montana.
Being a Food Safety Coordinator at the onset of a global pandemic was no easy task, but Heather, as always, stepped up to the plate and continues to go above and beyond to ensure the quality and safety of the food that goes out.
When asked about what Heather brings to Timeless, here is what her supervisor, Ron, had to say, “Heather is one of the most intelligent people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If we all had a work ethic like Heather, the world would be a better place! It's also very rewarding to know that with people like Heather Lewis at Timeless our future is in great hands.”
Thank you, Heather, for all you do!
